My son wanted to be a witch for Halloween and this worked great. He wore shorts under it so it looked like a big shirt. It's not made to last more than a couple uses but great for halloween.

I bought this costume for my daughter to wear to a Wizard of Oz themed party. She paired it with some striped socks to be the Wicked Witch and she had a blast. Great costume for the price.

It was just perfect for my 4 year old. I was able to embellish it with little purple stick on crystals and got a sparkly belt, along with purple and black stockings!!! She was the (pretty) witch she was asking to be for weeks before hand.
